Notice of intent (Why I'm Bad)
At the location of 369 Washington Ave in Brooklyn New York I lived for approx 2 months....
(If there are mispelled words in this sorry they are not my words)

To Jacob, from $$$$$ I am writting you this letter becuase I'm having problems relating to your behavior and habits, for example I need to make it very clear you are renting a room in my house. I have no personal relationship with you other than landlord tenant. The other tenants and I have found ourselves more and more becoming uncomfortable with your excessive use of marijuana and alcohol and the aggressive behaviors that you display where you in that state, along with you anticemetic, racist and sexist comments. Perhaps, where you are from in you your world that is acceptable but not here. Therefore I am not going to sacrifice two roommates for one. I think you are a decent guy with good intentions but, this situation is not working out. If I have to take the behavior and lack of consideration while others are sleeping or preparing to go to work I believe I am forced to give you 30 day notice becuase I can not and will not leave my house for any prolonged period feeling that the people living under my roof might leave becuase they are verbally, physically and mentally insulted by, the behavior of someone that lives with them.

I personally believe that you should make and attempt to get some counseling or intervention for what I believe to be a problem and the fact that you know people in the neighborhood that you have purchased drugs from leaves me in a very leery state for the safety of the existing roommates and myself. So I believe that it is better that I find someone comfortible with the rest of us and you find someone that is ok with your lifestyle.
