My Profile

I am Me+g. I remember the first "indie" film I was taken to was, "Much Ado About Nothing." Despite the fact that I was only 11 and didn't really understand what everyone was saying half the time, I loved the experience of going to see the movie at a single screen cinema. I haven't stopped seeing indie films since.

Dear Mom. Correction.

Aug 30, 2007

My mom has reminded me twice now that "Much Ado About Nothing" was not actually my FIRST indie film. She insists that "Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Dead" was. Technically, she is right, but I saw this at home on VHS and not IN a theater. I was 9 years old.
There MOM, I've corrected myself. Except you'll never see this because you can only work gmail and google, but I still love you.

Sometimes there are birthday parties around here...

One of our co-workers celebrated her birthday and we had a grand fiesta. Loren acquired some appropriate gear for party goers to wear, but before we handed it out, had to snap a pic.
Enjoy!

What is better than getting to have "wines of the world" as a class?? Getting to film your final project and have a good excuse to try 24p (it was fancy then!)
Also, I decided I had to cut TO THE SONG... and so there are lots of extra long shots. Good times a'learning!

Group project sophomore year!

We're officialy Web 2.0... we have a social networking component now.

My name is Meg and I work here.
I do things like:
-Upload videos to the website
-Build small digital libraries
-Harass* the man that sits behind me
I'm excited for our new addition because:
-This was what I always wanted during film school (a place to post videos that an indie film studio can see)
-I can interact with more of you guys!
For lunch I ate:
A sammich from home that had delicious micro-greens in it.
The end.
(until next time)
*We're friends. No worries. Except he doesn't know I took his picture yet.

In Jurassic Park 10, dinosaurs learn how to travel back in time to take all the gold from the west. Time cops ain't got no time for this BS.
